Information on this website

The website gives general information about our rendering services, how we work and the areas we cover. It is not a quote or an offer to do work. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and the information may change without notice.

Quotes and work

We do not publish prices on the pages of this website. Our Schedule of Rates is available on request (see below). Any work we carry out is quoted separately in writing, and the quote, together with any builder account terms or contract we agree with you, sets out the scope, price and terms for that work. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed.

Schedule of Rates

Our Schedule of Rates is provided as a guide to help builders and developers budget rendering work. It is not a quote or an offer, and rates may change without notice; the current version is the one we send you. Every job is confirmed in a written quote. The download link is personal to the email address that requested it and expires after 7 days. You may use the schedule within your own business, but please do not publish it or pass it on outside your organisation. To get it, you give us your email address and agree to our Email Terms, which explain how we use your email address (including ongoing marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time). Our privacy policy covers everything else we collect.

Enquiries and uploads

When you use the enquiry forms, you agree to provide accurate details and to upload only plans and files you have the right to share with us. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or unrelated to your enquiry. We use the information you send as described in our privacy policy.

The content of this website, including text, the Project Rendering name and logo, graphics and photographs, is owned by or licensed to ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd trading as Project Rendering, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Image creator and copyright: ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd trading as Project Rendering, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our images, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission. To request permission to use an image, email sales@projectrendering.com.au.

The website links to other sites such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
