Built for projects with many lots
Multi-lot jobs are about sequence. Lots come ready at different times, scaffold moves through the site and other trades overlap with ours. We plan the render around that: each lot or building is released as its own job, we keep a running list of what is booked, in progress and finished, and we confirm dates with your site supervisor as the program moves.
One specification across every lot
On a multi-lot project the finish has to read as one job from the street. We use the same render system, mix and finish specification on every lot unless you ask for a change, and the same experienced crew standards apply from the first building to the last. That consistency is backed by our 10-year written warranty and QBCC licence 15150525.
Staged work across the site
On multi-storey townhouses we can render uppers while the scaffold is in place and return for lowers later, booking each stage as its own release. This keeps scaffold moving to the next building and avoids render holding up the trades below.
Pricing multi-lot projects
Our Schedule of Rates sets out our rates by render system, substrate and finish, and the items priced separately such as staged work. Developers and builders use it to budget each lot and the project as a whole. The full project is then confirmed in a free written quote from your plans and lot list.

Can you work around other trades?
Yes. Multi-lot sites always have overlapping trades. We work to your site sequence and tell your supervisor early if access or another trade will affect our start.
