About these Email Terms

These Email Terms apply when you give us your email address on projectrendering.com.au, including to get our Schedule of Rates. They sit alongside our privacy policy and our website terms of use. "We", "us" and "Project Rendering" mean ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 89 635 910 548) trading as Project Rendering. "Affiliates" means businesses related to ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd by common ownership or control.

The consent you give

The Schedule of Rates form has a box that is never ticked for you. The form cannot be sent unless you tick it. By ticking it you agree to the following wording:

I agree to the Email Terms and Privacy Policy, and consent to ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd t/a Project Rendering and its affiliates using my email address to send me the Schedule of Rates and, on an ongoing basis, marketing, promotions, rate and price updates, newsletters and other commercial messages about their services. I can unsubscribe at any time.Consent version CONSENT-2026-10-A

We record that you agreed: the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, the page you were on, and the exact wording and version shown to you. We keep this record as evidence of your consent.

What we collect

Your email address, and your name and company if you choose to give them, plus the consent record described above and a record of when the download link is used.

What we use your email address for

• Sending you the Schedule of Rates you asked for, and a fresh link if it expires
• Ongoing marketing and other commercial messages from Project Rendering and its affiliates about their services, such as promotions, newsletters and news
• Rate and price updates, including new versions of the Schedule of Rates
• Following up about our services, your upcoming jobs and quotes
• Analytics: understanding which emails and pages are useful, without sending your email address to Google Analytics
• Audience and ad matching: giving advertising platforms such as Google and Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address so they can show you our ads, or leave you out of them

Who we share it with

• Our affiliates, for the purposes above, under these Email Terms
• Service providers who handle it on our behalf: our email and email marketing platform, our website host, our CRM and job management system, and analytics and advertising platforms for hashed audience matching
• Anyone else only where you have agreed, or where the law requires or allows it

We do not sell or rent your email address to unrelated third parties. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia; our privacy policy explains this.

Unsubscribing

You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge:

• use the unsubscribe link or option included in every marketing email we send;
• reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us; or
• email sales@projectrendering.com.au with the subject "Unsubscribe".

We action unsubscribe requests within 5 business days. Every marketing email identifies Project Rendering (ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd) as the sender and tells you how to contact us. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not stop us replying to an enquiry you send or emailing you about work you have asked us to do.

How long we keep your email address

We keep your email address and consent record for as long as you remain subscribed. There is no fixed end date. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list and your consent and unsubscribe history, so that we do not email you again and can show we have complied with the law. You can ask us to delete your other details at any time.

Your rights

Nothing in these Email Terms limits your rights under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, including your consent record, by emailing sales@projectrendering.com.au. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, about marketing emails, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (acma.gov.au).

The Schedule of Rates

The Schedule of Rates is a guide to help builders and developers budget render work. It is not a quote or an offer, and every job is confirmed in a written quote. The download link is personal to you and expires after 7 days. Please use the schedule within your own business and do not publish it. Our website terms of use apply to it.

Changes to these Email Terms

If we change the consent wording, we give it a new version number and show the new wording on the form. Your consent stays on the wording and version you agreed to. If we change these terms in a way that matters to how we use your email address, we will tell you by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
