Privacy policy

Who we are

This website, projectrendering.com.au, is operated by ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 89 635 910 548), trading as Project Rendering ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we send commercial electronic messages in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). This policy describes exactly what this website collects and the services it uses.

What we collect

Schedule of Rates request

To get our Schedule of Rates you enter your email address and tick a box to agree to our Email Terms and this privacy policy. Your name and company are optional. When you submit the form we record:

• your email address, and your name and company if you give them;
• which page and form you used;
• a record of your consent: the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, the page you were on, the exact wording you agreed to and its version number (the current version is CONSENT-2026-10-A);
• when the download link is used, the date and time, IP address and browser user-agent of the download.

The box is never ticked for you, and the form cannot be sent without it. The download link is sent only to the address that asked for it and expires after 7 days.

Enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter. For builder enquiries that is your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, site or lot address, suburb, estimated start date, a description of the scope of work, and any plans file you choose to upload (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB). For homeowner enquiries it is your name, email address, phone number, suburb and message. We also record the date and time of the enquiry, your IP address and your browser's user-agent, which we use to prevent spam and abuse and to troubleshoot delivery problems. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing emails.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website: for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and whether they click our phone number, email address or Google review links, submit an enquiry or request and download our Schedule of Rates. When a Schedule of Rates request is completed, the website tells Google Analytics that a request was made and which version of the consent wording was shown. It never sends your email address, name, company or the download link to Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Map

The contact page can show a Google map of our service area. The map only loads if you click the button to show it. When it loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies under Google's own privacy policy.

Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting server records standard technical information about each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and referring page) for security and operation of the site.

This website does not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or social media tracking pixels. Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages are ordinary links; those platforms only receive information if you click through to them.

How we use your information

• To send you the Schedule of Rates you asked for
• With your consent, to send you marketing, promotions, rate and price updates, newsletters and other commercial messages about the services of Project Rendering and its affiliates, on an ongoing basis until you unsubscribe
• To follow up with you about our services, your upcoming jobs and quotes
• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and schedule and carry out work
• To set up and manage builder accounts and customer records
• To understand how the website and our emails are used and to measure our marketing (analytics)
• To match our advertising audiences: we may give advertising platforms such as Google and Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address so they can show you our ads, or leave you out of them, under those platforms' own terms
• To keep records of consent, enquiries and work, and to meet our legal and tax obligations
• To protect the website against spam and misuse

Who we share it with

• Our affiliates: businesses related to ACLC Enterprise Pty Ltd by common ownership or control, which may use your email address for the purposes above, under our Email Terms and this policy.
• Email delivery and email marketing: Schedule of Rates requests and enquiries are emailed to our team, and the download link is emailed to you from our website's mail server. Our business email is provided by Google Workspace, and we may use an email marketing platform to send newsletters and updates.
• Customer and job management: details may be entered into our CRM and job management software (currently Simpro), which stores them on our behalf.
• Website hosting: the website, its forms and their records (including consent records), and any uploaded plans are stored on our web hosting server provided by VentraIP Australia, in a private area of the server that is not publicly accessible.
• Analytics and advertising platforms: Google Analytics as described above, and hashed email addresses for audience matching as described above.
• Anyone else only where you have agreed, or where the law requires or allows it.

We do not sell or rent your email address or other personal information to unrelated third parties.

Some of these providers, including Google, Meta, Simpro and email marketing platforms, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers that protect personal information, but overseas laws may differ from Australian law.

Unsubscribing from emails

Every marketing email we send identifies us as the sender and includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, or email sales@projectrendering.com.au with the subject "Unsubscribe". Unsubscribing is free, and we action every request within 5 business days. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not stop us replying to an enquiry you send or emailing you about work you have asked us to do.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Form records, consent records and uploaded plans are kept outside the public part of the website and are accessible only to us and our service providers.

Schedule of Rates and marketing list: we keep your email address, the details you gave us and your consent record for as long as you remain subscribed. There is no fixed end date. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails and keep only what we need to respect that choice and show we have complied with the law: your email address on a suppression list, and your consent and unsubscribe history. You can ask us to delete your other details at any time.

Enquiries and jobs: we keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, including your consent record, or ask us to correct it, by emailing sales@projectrendering.com.au or calling 0452 452 231. If you have a privacy or spam complaint, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or, about marketing emails, the Australian Communications and Media Authority at acma.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the website starts using different services or collects different information. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
