Rates and quotes
The Schedule of Rates is a guide for budgeting. Every job is confirmed in a free written quote from your plans, which takes the substrate, the finish, access and staging on that site into account. The quote you approve is the price for your job.
Who it is for
The schedule is written for builders, developers, estimators and site supervisors pricing new homes, duplexes, display homes, townhouses and multi-lot projects across Brisbane and surrounds. If you are a homeowner, a free written quote for your home will be more useful: send a homeowner enquiry.
Why we ask for your email
Rates change over time, so we send the current version directly to you rather than leaving an old copy on the website. The link goes only to the address you enter and expires after 7 days. When you tick the box you also agree to receive ongoing emails from Project Rendering and its affiliates, such as rate updates, promotions and news. Every email has an unsubscribe option, and our Email Terms and privacy policy explain exactly how your email address is used.
